Refunds/Cancelations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after order placement. We offer a full refund (less shipping and 20% restocking fee) for any surfer art returned in new condition within 10 days from delivery. We will replace at no charge any artwork that has been damaged in transit.

Copying of Images

All images of original artwork are registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.

Unauthorized use or distribution of copyrighted artwork is illegal and may be considered a criminal act and subject to legal action. Authorized use can only be issued in writing by Ditch Plains Surfers.

Shipping and Handling

Orders ship within 10 business days from receipt of order via UPS. Contact us directly for alternate shipping options. Shipping and Handling charges are based on address. 7.25% sales tax will be added for shipping locations in New York State.
